John Heagney has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry and he assists Brooks’ commercial clients with risk management, loss control, claims management and other needs that may be unique to a given client. In addition, John manages Brooks’ relationships with commercial insurance companies and leads Brooks’ team that markets new business and renewals to those companies.
John has been a member of the Brooks team since 1993. Prior to that, he was a marketing manager with USF&G. He has a broad range of experience and has worked extensively with manufacturing and construction clients. John collaborates with businesses to understand and deliver solutions to their insurance and risk management challenges. He often works directly with clients to provide safety programs and other services that enhance their risk management efforts.
John is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (BGSU) with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and is an active supporter of BGSU. For many years, he was a broadcaster for BGSU basketball.
