Denny Johnson is President of Brooks Insurance Agency. Denny is a native of Toledo, Ohio and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Holy Cross College.
Active in the insurance industry since 1969, Denny is a member of the CPCU Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters. He is a director of Ohio Cap Insurance Company, Ltd. and a member of Intersure, Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, the Independent Insurance Agents of America, the Professional Insurance Agents, the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, Sitkins International, and Globex International..
Denny is a director of Fifth Third Bank – Northwest Ohio and chairman of the board of trustees for Mercy Health Partners and president of the board of trustees for the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. He currently serves on the governing boards for the Toledo Museum of Art, the Regional Growth Partnership, St. Francis de Sales High School Endowment Fund, Lourdes University and the Toledo Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). He is also a member of the University of Toledo Family Business Center. Denny previously served on the University of Toledo College of Business Advisory Council, the board of directors for the Greater Toledo Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Toledo Community Foundation, St. Francis de Sales High School Board of Trustees, and the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce board of trustees.
